We got round to filtering off some beeswax yesterday, I just love the patterns it forms on top when cooling. Beeswax mainly comes in 4 stages raw/course filtered wax, organic (cosmetic and general use), general/industrial grade and pharmaceutical/ cosmetic grade. This wax eventually will be used to make our wax wraps so this will need to be made into a cosmetic grade wax which means it has far fewer impurities than general wax making it safe to apply to food products

Once all our wax is filtered to the stage we want it, its poured into moulds to make into smaller more manageable blocks then from there we are ready to make various beeswax products with it
